During the past 12 months we have completed three significant acquisitions. Our most recent, in November 2009, was Warwickshire based On the Dot Couriers; a business which had been established since 1985 and has a longstanding reputation for service excellence both locally and nationally. The management, staff and couriers from On The Dot have joined us at CitySprint ensuring continuity for customers. Prior to this, in the summer of 2009, we acquired Telford based Jaguar Couriers and in November 2008, PBS couriers in Birmingham. Acquiring both Jaguar and PBS resulted in us opening two new ServiceCentres in these locations and further expanding our network, supporting both our local and national customers alike.
